  57. The shipping/handling fee is $4 USD for surface mail delivery of
  58. the first item to anywhere in the world.  Items are sent surface
  59. mail unless you specify one of the more expensive, but faster 
  60. shipping methods.

  64. 2) UPS 3-7 day delivery, depending on location (not avail Alaska,

  87. Checks must be payable in US dollars from a bank in the US.  
  88. Money orders must be in US funds.  We accept payment in any hard
  89. currency, but we strongly suggest that you use another form of
